发动机在线自动高速测试系统的设计

摘  要:
利用磁、气、光、机、电和现代计算机信息技术,将传统试验室测功机的测量方式与工业控制技术、机械手、信息管理及处理技术相结合实现发动机生产线的在线检测与管理,以及对生产线上待测发动机的自动调度、自动识别、自动移位、自动对接、自动装夹、自动加载等功能。该自动高速测试系统具有高智能、网络化、一体化等优点。对控制系统的设计和系统功能的实现进行了着重介绍。

摘  要:
Based on magnetism,gas,light,machine,electricity and modern computer information technology,the online testing engine and management were achieved by the combination of traditional measurement methods with industrial control technology,mechanical hand and information managing and processing technologies.Thus the engine on the product line was tested by automatic scheduling,automatic recognition,automatic shifting,automatic docking,automatic clamping,automatic load.The high-speed detecting system has high intelligence,network and integration.The control system design and system function of the test system were introduced especially.
