基于高速开关阀的制动气室压力MAP控制与仿真

摘 要:
为改善全挂车制动性能,解决全挂车制动过程中出现的制动信号传递迟滞,牵引车、挂车制动不协调问题,针对全挂车气压电控制动系统,研究了基于高速开关阀的制动气室压力响应特性,基于MAP对全挂车制动气室压力进行仿真控制。仿真结果表明,制动气室压力MAP控制精度明显高于PID控制。

摘 要:
In order to improve the braking performance of Trailer-Tractor, solve the discordant operation problem between the trailer and the tractor and the delay problem of the braking signal during the braking process of the Trailer-Tractor, pressure changing characteristic of the braking chamber based on high-speed on / off valve was researched on the pneumatic electronic brake system, and the map control system of the brake chamber pressure was simulated. The simulation results showed that the control accuracy of the brake chamber pressure controlled based on MAP is significantly higher than PID controller.
