摘  要:
[目的]研究药材抱石莲的显微特征、理化鉴别、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物,为制定抱石莲药材的质量标准提供依据。[方法]采用2005年版《中国药典》规定方法。[结果]对抱石莲的显微特征进行了描述。理化鉴别结果,抱石莲药材醇提取物与醋酐-浓硫酸、氯仿-浓硫酸、冰醋酸-乙酰氯等试剂反应均呈阳性。抱石莲药材水分的平均含量为11.98%;总灰分平均含量为7.83%,酸不溶性灰分的平均含量为0.27%;醇溶性浸出物平均含量为18.96%。[结论]根据抱石莲药材的显微特征能较好地将其与同属其他植物相区分。抱石莲药材中含有三萜皂苷化学成分。建议其质量标准分别控制为:水分含量≤14.00%;总灰分含量≤10.00%,酸不溶性灰分含量≤1.00%;乙醇浸提物浓度≥15.00%。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the microscopic characteristics,physical and chemical identification,contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extracts of Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides(Bak.)Ching and provide data for the establishment of quality standards of L.drymoglossoides.[Method] All methods were based on results of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2005 Edit).[Result] The histological characters of Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides(Bak.)Ching were observed.The extract of crude drug showed positive coloration reaction with Liebermann-Burchard,Tschugaeff and Salkowski.The average content of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,alcoholic extract were determined as 11.98%,7.83%,0.27%,18.96%,respectively.[Conclusion] Based on the microscopic characteristics of L.drymoglossoides,L.drymoglossoides could be distinguished from other plants.Alcoholic extract showed positive coloration with triterpenoid sapogenins reagent.The content of water was less than 14.00%.The content of total ash was less than 10.00%.The content of acid-insoluble ash was less than 1.00%.The content of alcoholic extract was more than 15.00%.
