接种根瘤菌对豌豆/玉米体系根际细菌数量及氮营养的影响

摘  要:
采用盆栽试验研究了单作及复合体系中接种根瘤菌对土壤含氮量、植株氮素积累量及豌豆、玉米根际细菌数量的影响.结果表明:接种根瘤菌显著增加了土壤含氮量和植株氮素积累量,当地筛选菌株XC3.1的接种效果优于菌株ACCC16101,与未接种根瘤菌和接种ACC16101相比,接种菌株XC3.1的土壤含氮量和植株氮素积累量分别增加22.4%和11.5%,37.4%和17.4%;同时,接种根瘤菌也显著提高了体系中作物根际的细菌数量,玉米的根际细菌数量对接种根瘤菌的敏感度小于豌豆;在同一种植模式下,豌豆根际细菌的数量高于玉米;间作显著增加了豌豆和玉米根际细菌的数量,且玉米的增幅大于豌豆.

摘  要:
Pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of nodule bacteria inoculation on pea and maize rhizosphere bacteria amount and N content in different cropping patterns.The results showed that soil nitrogen content and plant nitrogen accumulation were significantly increased by rhizobia inoculation,as well as rhizosphere bacteria.The sensitivity of pea rhizosphere bacteria to rhizobia inoculation was greater than that of maize.Inoculating effect of selected strain XC3.1 was better than that of ACCC16101.Amount of pea rhizosphere bacteria was higher than that of maize under the same planting pattern.Intercropping could significantly increase rhizosphere bacteria of pea and maize,and the increasing of maize was greater than that of pea.
