基质、预处理及植物生长调节剂对纳塔栎嫩枝扦插的影响

摘  要：
以2年生纳塔栎优质苗木当年生半木质化枝条为材料,选取不同部位枝条作为插穗,研究不同基质、预处理、植物生长调节剂等对纳塔栎嫩枝扦插生根的效果。结果表明:2年生纳塔栎母株当年生半木质化枝条中部为最佳扦插插穗;泥炭土+蛭石+珍珠岩体积比为1∶1∶1作为育苗基质扦插效果最好;1 000 mg·kg-1KMnO4浸泡插穗4h,能明显提高纳塔栎的生根效果;500mg·kg-1 ABT6生根粉浸泡插穗2h,生根效果最佳,愈合率、生根率、平均根数、平均根长分别为:45.8%、39.4%、2.5条、3.21cm。

摘  要：
Two year old high quality seedlings of Quercus Nattallii were used as materials for the first year old semi-woody branches and different parts of the branches were selected as cuttings.By the test of different substrate,pretreatment,exogenous hormone treatment,Quercus nuttallii softwood cuttings'rooting effect were studied.The results showed as follows:it is the best to use the middle part of the half-lignified branches of 2-year old Quercus nuttallii trees as the cuttings;the best cutting substrate is peat soil,vermiculite and pearlite with the volume ratio of 1∶1∶1;it could get significantly improving of the rooting effect after we soaked cuttings with 1 000 mg·kg~(-1) KMnO_4 for 4 hours.The best rooting effect was obtained when the cuttings were treated with 500 mg·kg~(-1) ABT6 rooting powder for 2 hours.The callus rate,rooting rate,average root number and average root length were 45.8%,39.4%,2.5 and 3.21 cm.
