商洛野生蕨菜多糖提取及其抗氧化特性研究

摘  要:
以商洛野生蕨菜为实验材料,通过单因素实验和正交实验研究了用碱提法提取多糖的最佳条件,比较了3种方法提取多糖的效果,并测定了蕨菜多糖的抗氧化性。研究结果表明:碱提法的最优条件为温度75℃、时间80 min、料液比1∶13、氢氧化钠浓度0.4 mol/L;水提法、碱提法和超声波提取法的多糖提取率分别为7.37%、20.436%和25.694%;商洛野生蕨菜多糖对超氧阴离子和羟基自由基的清除能力随着其浓度的升高而增强。

摘  要:
Taking Shangluo bracken( Pteridium aquilinum) as the material,the best method of polysaccharide extraction and the determination of antioxidant concentration of polysaccharide were studied through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,The effect of the three methods to extract polysaccharide was compared,and the oxidation resistance of bracken polysaccharide was measured. The results showed that the optimum extraction procedure was as following: the temperature was 75℃,the time was 80 min,the ratio of material to liquor was 1 ∶ 13,the contention of Na OH was 0.4 mol / L. The extraction rate of water,alkali and ultrasonic was 7.37%,20.436%,and 25.694%,respectively. The removal ability to O2-and OH-of polysaccharide increased with the increasing of polysaccharide concentration.
