低温胁迫对黑壳楠幼苗生理效应及脂质过氧化作用的影响

摘  要:
以黑壳楠幼苗为试验材料 ,研究了不同低温和处理时间对O-·2 产生速率 ,SOD ,CAT活性和MDA含量的影响 .结果表明 :较低温度胁迫下 ,黑壳楠幼苗SOD ,CAT活性分别升高 5 0 %和 4 7% ,膜脂过氧化性下降 ,抗寒能力增强 ;深度低温胁迫下 ,O-·2 生成速率逐渐增加 ,MDA含量升高 ,幼苗受到伤害 ,随之增强的脂质过氧化性进一步加速伤害的过程

摘  要:
Based on the experiment on Linderh megaphglla seedlings, a study was conducted on the effect on the rate of O -· 2 production and the activity of SOD and CAT and the MDA content of the different treatment of low temperature stress and different treating time under the same low temperature stress. The results showed that there was a 55% increase of the activity of SOD and 47% increase of the activity of CAT and a decrease of membrane lipid peroxidatic reaction and chilling resistance strengthening under low temperature stress in Lindera megaphylla .There was an increase of the rate O -· 2 of production and MDA content under lower temperature stress and Lindera meyaphylla seedlings were injured, and membrane lipid peroridatic reaction strengthened the injured process of seedlings.
