高校毕业生自主创业政策体系研究

摘  要：
2005年以来,我国高校毕业生自主创业的政策体系不断发展与完善,不仅有力地促进了毕业生择业、就业观念的转变,还缓解了我国的就业压力,有效地推动了经济发展。论述了高校毕业生自主创业政策体系的实效,在教育政策、创业环境政策、商业支持政策以及融资政策四方面总结了目前我国高校毕业生自主创业政策体系的困境,最后提出了三点完善我国高校毕业生自主创业政策体系的策略。

摘  要：
Over the last ten years, the policy system of entrepreneurship for college graduates in China has been well developed,which not only promotes the transformation of graduates' employment thought on job hunting, but also eases the employment pressure in China, thus effectively promoting the economic development. This paper discusses the effectiveness of the college graduates entrepreneurship policy system in China, then summarizes the current problems to be solved in terms of education policy,entrepreneurship environment policy, business support policy policy and financing policy, and finally puts forward three measures to improve the system.
