油菜联合收割机高速切割器创新设计

摘  要：
分析了我国当前油菜联合收割机割刀的切割原理,并针对其原理性缺陷提出了全新的改进方案。用回转式圆盘切割器替代传统的往复摆动式切割器,使其对油菜秆茎的切割由"大进给量不连续低速、变速切割",转变为"微进给量高速、匀速连续切割"。为此,以割幅为1600mm的油菜收割机为例,给出了并联回转式圆盘切割器的原理图,并对其中的主要参数进行了设计计算,为解决当前油菜收割机的高损失率问题提供了全新的设计思路。

摘  要：
In this paper,the principle of traditional Rapeseed harvesting cutter is analyzed.Improvement measures are proposed to their principal flaws.The constant rotating speed disk cutter is used instead of traditional alternate linear cutter.Rape stems are traditionally cut by the method of "uncontinuous large low alternate cutting speed".Now a new cutting method of rape stem is used:"small continuous super constant cutting speed".With the example of 1600mm cutting width rape harvester,a schematic drawing of multiple cutting disks with significant parameters is provided.This article gives us a new idea of resolving the problem of traditional rape harvester's large loss.
