农产品检测实验室质量管理体系的建立及运行

摘  要：
依据《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》和《农产品质量安全检测机构评审细则》的要求,农产品检测实验室应建立符合自身情况的独立、公正、科学、诚信的管理体系,并通过有计划的评审过程确保其持续有效运行。笔者运用系统理论结合认证工作中的经验体会,简要介绍了农产品检测实验室管理体系建立的基本过程和确保其有效运行的方法。

摘  要：
According to Accreditation Criteria for Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Examing Institutions and Detailed Rules for the Evaluation of Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Inspection Institutions, independent, just,scientific and faithful management system should be established by agricultural products inspection laboratories to ensure its sustainable and effective operation through well-planed accreditation. Combining systematic theories and practice, basic process for the establishment of quality management system in agricultural products inspection laboratories and ways ensuring its operation were introduced in this paper.
