昆山市湿地保护与利用研究

摘  要：
在分析昆山市湿地资源现状及保护利用成效、存在的主要问题的基础上,结合昆山市国民经济发展和城市总体规划要求,从空间上将全市湿地保护与利用划分为西北部湖荡湿地景观区、北部水产养殖湿地景观区和南部水乡古镇特色湿地景观区3个保护与利用功能区,提出了健全湿地保护等级体系、加快建立湿地自然保护区、健全湿地公园体系、健全湿地污染整治体系等湿地保护体系建设措施,并从组织管理、法制建设、生态监测、资金保障、宣传教育、风险控制等角度提出了实现全市湿地资源有效保护和合理利用的保障措施。

摘  要：
Analysis was made on current situation and problems of wetland in Kunshan city, Jiangsu province. According to the requirements of national economic development and the overall planning of the city, wetlands of Kunshan were proposed to be conserved as three functional areas, like lake area in the northwest, aquiculture area in the north as well as ancient watertowns in the south. Furthermore countermeasures for conservation of wetland were put forwarded, such as improving protection grade system, speeding up the construction of wetlands reserve, improving pollution control in the wetland.
