响叶杨优良无性系的选择研究

摘  要:
通过对23个响叶杨无性系地径、树高的方差分析得出:无性系地径生长差异极显著,树高生长差异显著。遗传分析表明:无性系地径遗传力(0.877)大于树高遗传力(0.551),无性系遗传力大于小区遗传力,地径的遗传变异系数(GCV=67.26%)、表型变异系数(PCV=71.81%)大于树高遗传变异系数(GCV=43.35)、表型变异系数(PCV=58.63),地径遗传增量比树高遗传增益大,地径比树高更受遗传因子控制,选择潜力很大。综合抗病性分析:B27、B5、C3、B4、A5这5个无性系表现最为优良。

摘  要:
In this paper, we studied the variance analysis of the 23 kind of basal diameter and the height. The results showed: the growth of basal diameter had significant difference and the growth of trees heights had the remarkable difference. According to the heredity analysis ,the results showed:the hereditary ability of the basal diameter(0.877)was more than that of the height(0.551). The hereditary ability of clone was more than that of part; the aberrance coefficient of heredity(GCV=67.26) and the aberrance coefficient of surface type(PCV=71.81) of the basal diameter were more than that of heights which were 43.35and 58.63 respectively, thehereditary plus of the basal diameter was more than that heights, the basal diameter was more controlledby hereditary factors, It's choosing potential was great. Integrated disease resistance with above,the result showed: The exhibitions of B_ 27、B_ 5、C_ 3、B_ 4、A_ 5 were the most excellent.
