发酵过程温度控制环的自适应PID及仿真研究

摘  要:
根据发酵过程温度控制环的原理及特点,分析了各种控制方法的优缺点,在此基础上提出了仿人模糊自适应PID的温度控制策略;并对发酵过程的温度控制环进行建模,采用Matlab工具进行仿真。结果表明,该方法具有适应性强、响应迅速与无超调等优点,适用于发酵过程的温度控制环以及其它相关控制领域。

摘  要:
According to the theories and characteristics of Temperature control during ferment, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of every controlling method. Based on the analysis, a method of temperature control is raised. It is Self-adjusted PID controlling by Fuzzy and Human intelligence. This paper models the temperature controlling process during ferment, and then simulates it by MATLAB. The result shows that, this method have abilities of strong adapting character, quick response, and no overshoot and so on. It can be used in temperature controlling process during ferment and any other correlated areas.
