摘  要:
对牙鲆 (Paralichthysolivaceus )头肾印迹片、光镜片和电镜片的观察发现 ,其头肾主要集中于肾脏前部 2个分叉部分。组织学研究证明 ,头肾是由基质组织网络着不同发育阶段的血细胞构成 ,具无肾小球等分泌结构。进一步超微观察表明 ,基质是由网状细胞和成纤维细胞等组成 ,各种免疫细胞由淋巴细胞、单核细胞、颗粒细胞 (Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型 )以及巨噬细胞等组成。头肾中免疫细胞丰富 ,其中淋巴细胞占 36 .6 % ,单核细胞占 31.0 % ,颗粒细胞占 19.7%。说明牙鲆的头肾免疫细胞种类比较丰富 ,是免疫细胞的主要生发中心 ,在鱼体免疫防御系统中占有相当重要的地位。同时对特殊颗粒细胞的分类进行了讨论

摘  要:
The samples of Paralichthys olivaceus were captured from a farm in Shandong Province,body weight (15.013±12.63) g and body length (11.9±1.2) cm. Under light microscope and electronic microscope (Hitachi H-7000),using super slice and slice technique, the head kidney of P.olivaceus was observed. The results show that the haemopoietic tissues mainly concentrate to the foremost parts of the kidney, predominantly a lympho myeloid compartment. The parenchyma of the head kidney is supported by the stroma of the kidney. The stroma consists of reticular cells and fibroblasts. The cells are responsible for the nonspecific and specific immune defences including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes (two types) and macrophages. The percentages of the lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes are 36.6%, 31.0% and 19.7%, respectively, of the tolal immune cells in the head kidney. The immune cells in the head kidney are abundant, and the head kidney may be an important germinal center. Also, the special granulocyte found in the head kidney is discussed.The purpose for this research is to provide basic data for the application of fishery vaccine.
