智能信息检索是信息检索的高级阶段,是在进行智能研究和尝试,寻找更为人性化、个性化的信息检索方式,其实质是在信息检索过程中实现“智能性”.文章重点讨论智能信息信息检索系统各组成要素及其智能实现:本体论给智能信息检索系统以强大的知识保证;元搜索不仅扩大信息检索的广度,更是根据用户需求偏好处理信息检索结果;智能代理协调智能信息系统各组成要素;机器学习在智能信息检索中加入人的因素,使智能信息检索更加的个性化,它们共同支持着信息检索的智能化.

摘 要：
Intelligent information retrieval is the advanced stage of information retrieval;it tries to study on intelligence for finding a more humane and personalized information retrieval methods.Its essence is the "intelligence" in the information retrieval process.This article focuses on the intelligent information retrieval system elements and its intelligent implementation: ontology is the knowledge assurance;meta-search engine,not only to expand the breadth of information retrieval,and deal with the results based on user demand preference;intelligent agent coordinator elements;the machine learning adds in human factors making intelligent information retrieval more personalized.They all together support the intelligence of information retrieval.
