基于ANSYS的果树嫁接机结构优化分析

摘 要:
通过对果树嫁接机的基本工作原理和结构形式进行分析,构建了果树苗木的力学特性,进行了果树嫁接机切刀优化设计.利用ANSYS对果树嫁接机切刀进行有限元分析,根据静力分析结果进行切刀寿命仿真,获取果树切刀应力集中位置和切刀结构脆弱点.分别采用两种不同材料对果树嫁接机切刀进行有限元分析,通过应力云图和寿命曲线对果树切刀进行优化设计,最终采用Cr12MoV制作果树切刀,提高了果树嫁接机的使用寿命.

摘 要:
Based on the analysis of the basic working principle and structural form of the fruit tree grafting machine,this paper constructs the mechanical properties of the fruit tree seedlings,and carries out the optimal design of the cutting knife of the fruit tree grafting machine.The finite element analysis of the cutting knife of the fruit tree grafting machine is carried out by using ANSYS,and the life of the cutting knife is simulated according to the static analysis results,so as to obtain the stress concentration position and the structural brittleness of the cutting knife.Two different materials were used to carry out finite element analysis on the cutting knife of fruit tree grafting machine.The cutting knife of fruit tree was optimized through stress nephogram and life curve.Finally,Cr12MoV was used to make the cutting knife of fruit tree grafting machine to improve the service life of fruit tree grafting machine.
