宁夏中部干旱带是全国水资源最匮乏的地区之一,也是宁夏经济社会发展的重点和难点区域之一。文章介绍了宁夏中部干旱带区域概况,分析了宁夏中部干旱带土地利用现状,提出了农业发展存在的问题及产业区域布局调整方向及产业优化发展重点。

摘  要：
The arid zone of central Ningxia is not only one of the regions in China where the water is scarcest,but also one of the regions where the economic and social development are the focus and difficulty.The regional overview of the arid zone of central Ningxia is presented,the current situation of the usage of the land in the arid zone of central Ningxia is analyzed and the existing problems in the agricultural development,the directions for adjustment of the regional industrial distribution and the key of the industrial optimization and development are put forward.
