校园足球教学内容等级水平体系构建与弹性管理研究

摘  要：
根据国家对发展校园足球的要求,针对我国校园足球教学发展不平衡的现状,对构建符合我国国情的足球教学内容等级水平体系与弹性管理问题进行了探讨,同时阐述了对足球教学实施分类指导、弹性管理、加强检查评估的管理策略。根据构建校园足球教学内容等级水平体系的系统性原则以及足球运动技战术基本规律和教学实际,把校园足球教学内容分为初级、中级、高级3个等级,10个水平。各水平的内容包括相应的足球基本理论知识、足球技术与战术、心理健康教育、体能发展等。在安排各水平教学内容时,要充分考虑足球知识与技战术的匹配,足球知识、技能与体能训练和综合素质教育有机结合。实施弹性管理要从实际出发,对不同类型、不同地域的学校足球教学提出不同的要求,实施分类指导与管理;要加强制度建设,以检查评估为动力,促进足球教学可持续性发展。

摘  要：
According to the requirements of China on the development of campus football,in view of the present situation of the unbalanced development of campus football teaching,a football teaching content level system is established and the elastic problem of teaching management is discussed.At the same time,it elaborates the management strategies for the implementation of classified guidance,flexible management,and strengthening inspection and evaluation.According to the principle of the campus football teaching content rating system,and practice of its teaching tactics and strategy,the campus football teaching content is divided into primary,intermediate and advanced grades in 10 levels.Each level of the contents includes the corresponding basic theory of football,football skills and tactics,mental health education,physical development,etc.In the arrangement of each level of teaching content,the match of the football knowledge and skills and tactics,the organic combination of football knowledge,skills and physical training and comprehensive quality education should be fully considered.The important aspect of implementing flexible management is to put forward different requirements and implementation guidance and management according to different types,different regions of the football teaching for strengthening the system construction and promote the sustainable development of football teaching under a driving force as examination and evaluation.
