摘 要:
为了探讨甜玉米新品种陕甜1号的收获、贮藏和加工技术,从而最大限度地发挥该品种的品质潜力,进行了连续3年的试验。分别于不同授粉时期、收获后不同储藏时间测定了甜玉米籽粒含糖量,并研究了生育期气象因素对籽粒含糖量的影响。结果表明:不同年份籽粒可溶性糖含量不同,但含糖量随生育过程变化的趋势一致,均表现为授粉后15d籽粒的含糖量明显最低,授粉后20d或25d含糖量明显较高,后两个测定时期籽粒含糖量无显著差异。积温是影响籽粒含糖量的主要气候因子。在30℃左右气温条件下放置48h,陕甜1号带苞叶果穗籽粒含糖量降低较少,表现出耐储藏的特点。

摘 要:
To understanding techniques of harvest,store and processing for new sweet corn variety Shaantian No.1 so that the variety can develop its quality potential,the experiments were conducted in three years. The kernel sugar content was determined in different pollinated days and stored times,and effect of climate factors on the sugar content was studied. The results indicated that the kernel sugar contents determined were different year by year,but their changes following growing time were in the same trend in the different years,in which the sugar content measured after 15 days of pollination was lower than those after 20 days and 25 days of that. There was no significant difference between the sugar contents in 20 days and 25 days. The accumulative temperature in the growing stage of plants was a main climate factor that affected the kernel sugar content. When Shaantian No.1was put around 30 ℃ for 48 hours its kernel sugar content reduced less than that of other variety did. Shaantian No.1 was characterized with the tolerance to store.
