光照周期对动物下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的调节机制

摘  要:
褪黑激素、kisspeptin、促性腺激素抑制激素、多巴胺和营养水平通过各自的作用方式对下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG轴)产生综合调节作用,同时,光照周期通过改变褪黑激素、褪黑激素受体、kisspeptin、促性腺激素抑制激素、多巴胺的表达或脉冲方式以及营养水平的反馈效应而对这种调节作用产生影响。为深入研究光照周期对HPG轴的调节机制提供参考,对光照周期通过褪黑激素、kisspeptin、促性腺激素抑制激素、多巴胺调节HPG轴机制进行了综述。

摘  要:
Melatonin,kisspeptin,gonadotropin-inhibitory hormone,dopamine and nutritional level have the comprehensive adjustment action to hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis by respective action mode but the expression and pulse mode of melatonin,melatonin receptor,kisspeptin,gonadotropin-inhibitory hormone and dopamine and feedback effect of nutritional level changed by the photoperiod have the effect on the comprehensive adjustment action to hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis.The adjustment mechanism of melatonin,kisspeptin,gonadotropin-inhibitory hormone and dopamine affected by the photoperiod to hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis is reviewed to provide a reference for further study of the adjustment mechanism of the photoperiod to hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis.
