彩色马蹄莲在贵阳地区的生长适宜性环境探索

摘  要:
[目的]研究彩色马蹄莲在贵阳地区的适宜性生长环境。[方法]以直径7~10 cm的彩色马蹄莲种球为材料,设光照(强光、中等强度光和弱光)和土壤(沙质壤土、壤土和粘土)两种环境条件,运用正交试验法探究贵阳地区的环境条件对彩色马蹄莲生长的影响。[结果]3种类型土壤对彩色马蹄莲生长势无显著性影响,Sig=0.992(P>0.05),光照对其生长势影响表现为极显著性,Sig=0(P<0.01),光照对其生长影响的程度依次为弱光<中等强度光<强光,以遮光度为50%的弱光最适宜彩色马蹄莲的生长。[结论]彩色马蹄莲在贵阳地区生长的适宜环境是在4月份开始下种,在既定的自然温度条件下,以遮光度为50%的弱光与3种类型土壤的组合处理为宜。

摘  要:
[Objective] The study aimed to study the suitable growth environment for Zantedeschia aethiopica in Guiyang region.[Method] With Z.aethiopica bulb with a diameter of 7-10 cm as the tested material,2 kinds of environmental conditions of the light with strong light,medium-intensity light and weak ligh and the soil with sandy loam,loam and clay were set up to explore the effect of environmental conditions in Guiyang region on the growth of Z.aethiopica through orthogonal experiment.[Result] Three kinds of soil had no significant impact on Z. aethiopica,with Sig=0.992(P>0.05).The light had extremly significant impact on Z.aethiopica,with Sig=0(P<0.01).The effects of 3 kinds of light in order were weak ligh < medium-intensity light < strong light.The weak light with 50% shading was most appropriate for the growth of Z.aethiopica.[Conclusion] The suitable growth environment for Zantedeschia aethiopica in Guiyang region was to sow it in April and it was appropriate to adopt the combination treatments of the weak light with 50% shading combined with 3 kinds of soil under the vested natural temperature.
