新疆石榴若干品种果实品质鉴定初报

摘  要:
对南疆特色果树新疆石榴的若干品种进行了品质鉴定。结果表明,喀什酸石榴外观品质最好,平均单果重、果实纵横径最大,着色较均匀;皮亚曼1号的内在品质最好,子粒最大,百粒重及出汁率都是最高的,可溶性糖的含量较高。

摘  要:
The quality of some pomegranate's varieties in Xinjiang was tested. The result indicated that appearance quality of Kashi sour pomegranate was the best, the average simple fruit weight and the fruit vertical transverse diameter were the biggest, the coloration was even. The intrinsic quality of pryaman No.1 was the best, the grain was the biggest, weight of hundred grains and the juice rate were the highest, the soluble sugar content was high.
