广西蔗糖产业发展竞争力分析

摘  要：
【目的】分析广西蔗糖产业发展竞争力,并提出相关的对策建议,以促进广西蔗糖产业可持续健康发展。【方法】以2002~2013年广西蔗糖产业发展统计数据为基础,采用综合比较优势指数和统计资料分析相结合的方法,从甘蔗种植、生产及食糖市场竞争力3方面对广西蔗糖产业发展竞争力进行定量与定性分析。【结果】广西甘蔗种植无论与区外甘蔗主产区相比还是与区内其他农作物相比,均具有明显的规模优势,但由于受效率优势影响,其虽具有综合优势,但与规模优势相比差距较大;广西甘蔗相对出糖率及蔗糖分均未能位列全国首位,虽然高于广东和海南两省,但均低于云南省;广西蔗糖产业发展区位优势突出,蔗糖生产与运输综合成本在国内具有明显的竞争优势;广西蔗糖产业面临着来自国内外市场的双重冲击逐步加大。【建议】应推进甘蔗规模经营,提高甘蔗生产全程机械化水平,降低生产成本,提高甘蔗蔗糖分和出糖率,加强蔗糖产业宏观调控,以巩固广西蔗糖产业大区地位。

摘  要：
【Objective】The competitiveness of sugarcane and cane-sugar industry was analyzed and some suggestions were recommended in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Guangxi sugarcane and cane-sugar industry. 【Method】Based on the 2002-2013 statistical data of Guangxi sugarcane and cane-sugar industry, comprehensive comparative advantage index method combined with statistical data analysis method was used to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the competitiveness of sugarcane and cane-sugar industry in Guangxi, from three aspects of sugarcane planting, cane-sugar production and market. 【Result】The results showed that sugarcane planting of Guangxi had remarkable scale advantage, compared to those of other main sugarcane producing areas in China and other crops in Guangxi.Due to the low efficiency advantage index, although the comparative advantage index of Guangxi sugarcane planting was higher than other areas and crops, it was far less than its scale advantage index. The relative output rate of sugar and sucrose content didn't rank the first place in China, which was higher than those of Guangdong and Hainan provinces and lower than those of Yunnan Province. Because of prominent regional advantage, the comprehensive cost of sugar production and shipping in Guangxi presented obvious advantages domestically. However, the impact of domestic and foreign market faced by Guangxi sugarcane and cane-sugar industry was gradually increasing. 【Suggestion】In order to consolidate the advantage of sugarcane and cane-sugar industry, some suggestions were put forward, including promotion of scale management, improvement of sugarcane production mechanization level, decrease in production cost, increase in sucrose content and output rate of sugar, reinforcement of macro-control on sugarcane and cane-sugar industry, ect.
