基于RS和GIS的济南市长清区土地利用时空变化分析

摘  要：
土地利用空间格局的演化对优化区域土地资源配置,保护生态环境,实现土地资源的可持续利用具有重要意义.长清区作为济南市发展的"后花园",其土地利用时空变化对区域的社会经济可持续发展具有重要影响.本文基于遥感和GIS技术,对长清区2000—2015年间的土地利用状况进行分析.结果显示:长清区土地利用变化具有明显的时空分异特征.从时间维度看,耕地、林地、城乡工矿居民用地、未利用地呈现明显的数量变化,其中城乡工矿用地面积呈现逐年增长的趋势,耕地、林地和未利用地面积呈现逐年递减趋势.从空间维度看,土地利用结构发生明显变化,城乡工矿居民用地占地范围不断扩大,耕地、未利用地逐步缩小,耕地为其他用地类型的重要补给来源.由于城乡工矿居民用地变化量显著,单独对城乡工矿居民用地做进一步分析,增强人们对土地利用变化规律的客观认识,从而对土地利用类型的变化做出合理布局和科学预测.

摘  要：
The evolution of land use spatial pattern is of great significance to optimizing the allocation of regional land resources,protecting the ecological environment and realizing the sustainable use of land resources. As the "back garden" for the development of Jinan City, Changqing District has a significant impact on the sustainable socio-economic development of the region. Based on RS and GIS technology, this paper analyzed the land use status in Changqing District from 2000 to 2015. The results show that the land use change in Changqing District has obvious spatial and temporal characteristics. From the perspective of time, the land used by cultivated land, forest land, urban and rural residents, and unutilized land show obvious quantitative changes, of which the land area for industrial and mining land use in urban and rural areas is increasing year by year. The area of cultivated land, forest land and unused land is declining year by year. From the spatial perspective, the land use structure has undergone significant changes,urban and rural industrial and mining residents regardless of the expansion of land coverage, arable land, unused land is gradually reduced, and arable land is an important source of other types of land recharge. Due to the significant land-use changes of industrial and mining residents in urban and rural areas, the land use of urban and rural industrial and resident residents is analyzed separately to enhance people's objective understanding of the laws of land use change, thus making rational distribution and scientific predictions of land-use changes.
