摘 要：
Starting from the angle of the important second classroom of libraries with physical education as the characters, the paper has explored means of scientific and cultural quality education for youth athletes, proved the close relationship between physical education library and athletes culture, and expounded in an all-round way a series of measures adopted in the scientific and cultural quality education of athletes by physical education libraries.
