两种不同耐性青菜种子萌发和根伸长对铜响应的研究

摘  要:
采用室内培养方法,研究了2种不同耐性青菜种子萌发和根伸长对Cu响应的影响。结果表明,在青菜种子萌发过程中,根系和下胚轴对Cu的响应要比种子萌发本身敏感,而根伸长较下胚轴生长更敏感;Cu处理能显著影响四月慢和火青菜的根伸长,其中对四月慢根系的影响较明显;不同Cu离子浓度处理对青菜生物量的影响因品种不同而有差异。在所有处理中,2个品种的青菜根系含Cu量均显著高于地上部含Cu量,Cu的存在在一定程度上影响了青菜对溶液中Fe、Mn和Zn等离子的吸收。

摘  要:
The effect of different Cu concentrations on root elongation and seed germination of two cultivars of Brassica Chinensis with different tolerance to Cu was studied.The results showed that root elongation of the two cultivars of B.Chinensis were much more sensitive to Cu toxicity than hypocotyl growth and seed germination.The response of root elongation of the cultivar Siyueman was more sensitive to Cu than the cultivar Huoqingcai.When treated with different concentrations of Cu,the biomass of the two cultivars of Brassica Chinensis changed differently.More Cu accumulated in root than in shoot,and the presence of Cu affected the uptake of Fe,Mn and Zn by the cultivars of Brassica Chinensis.
