摘  要：
本文结合动物检疫风险管理制度调研,总结了部分省份在动物防疫检疫工作中的风险管理探索和实践,分析了动物检疫工作中实施风险管理制度的必要性,并从法律保障、分级管理、指标体系建设、信息化建设以及结果运用等方面提出了创设动物检疫风险管理制度的建议。

摘  要：
The exploration and praction of risk management mechanism for animal epidemic prevention and quarantine in some provinces were summarized,and the necessity of implementing risk management system in the work of animal quarantine was analyzed. Suggestions were put forward,such as legal support,classification management,index system construction,information construction and result application of establishing the animal quarantine risk management system.
