牡丹籽蛋白肽对寒冷冬季肉鸡的影响

摘  要:
选择21日龄AA肉鸡480只,随机分为两组,每组设5个重复,每个重复48只,基础日粮及饲养环境相同条件下,试验组添加牡丹籽蛋白肽0.3%,于7、14、21 d分别测定舍内氨气浓度、发病率、死亡率。结果表明,牡丹籽蛋白肽可显著降低鸡舍中的氨气浓度,减少氨气对鸡眼部和呼吸道的腐蚀,还具有降低鸡的发病及死亡率的作用。

摘  要:
Twenty-one days old AA broiler 480 feathers were randomly divided into two groups, each set offive repetitions, 48 chickens in each repeat, the basal diet and the same feeding environment, the test group added0.3% peony seed protein peptide, and determined the concentration of ammonia gas, the incidence and death rate inthe 7, 14 and 21 days, the results showed that the peony seed protein peptide could be displayed. The ammoniaconcentration in the chicken house, the corrosion of the ammonia to the eyes and respiratory tract of the chickens,and the morbidity and mortality of the chickens were reduced.
