10%除尽微乳剂的研制

摘  要:
[目的]为了降低农药制剂对环境的污染,以水部分或全部代替乳油中有机溶剂的微乳剂成为主导剂型。[方法]以除尽为有效成分,以起始外观、冷藏外观、热贮外观、稀释稳定性和流动性为标准,通过对不同表面活性剂、助溶剂的配方筛选试验,得到10%除尽微乳剂的最佳制剂配方。[结果]优化的配方为:除尽10%、环己酮15%、苯甲醇5%、二甲苯10%、CJ15%、CJ23%、602#9%,补足水。[结论]该复配微乳剂具有贮藏稳定性好、高效安全等特点。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to reduce the pollution of pesticide formulations in the environment.Some or all water in lieu of the organic solvents of EC became leading micro-emulsion formulations.[Method] Chlorfenapyr was an active ingredient.Taking initial appearance,appearance of cold storage,appearance of heat storage,dilution stability and fluidity as the standards,the screening test of different surfactants and cosolvent formulation were made.The best preparation formula of 10% micro-emulsion was got.[Result] The optimized formula was as follows:10% chlorfenapyr,10% xylene,15% cyclohexanone,5% benzyl alcohol,9% 602 #,5% CJ1,3% CJ2,and water.[Conclusion] The micro-emulsion mixture had a good storage stability,security and high-performance features.
