新型预制U型渠结构的数值模拟分析

摘 要:
本文以水利部"948"计划项目为背景,在满足抗冻性能不低于F300,并在给定的混凝土强度等级、受力钢筋强度等级不变的前提下,借助大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS对矩型渠Z500、Z1000进行优化设计及数值模拟分析,结合模拟计算结果分析了结构在给定工况下的受力状态,数值模拟的计算结果表明:在承载力、结构的正常使用及破坏状态、配筋配置以及经济等方面优化结构所具有的优势。同时也证明了本工程优化后的方案具有应用的价值。

摘 要:
Based on the "948" project of the Ministry of Water Resources,when the frost resistance performance is not less than F300,and under the condition of unchanged strength grade of concrete and reinforced steel bar,the optimal design and numerical simulation of U channel Z500,Z1000 is carried out by finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The stress state of the structure under given conditions is analyzed combined with the simulation results.The numerical simulation results show that the optimization structure has advantages in the bearing capacity,the normal use of the structure and the destruction of the state,reinforced steel bar configuration and economy.At the same time,it proves that the optimization scheme of this project has the value of application.
