42.4%唑醚·氟酰胺悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:
[目的]建立高效液相色谱分离测定42.4%唑醚·氟酰胺悬浮剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。[方法]采用Wonda Sil~-C_(18)色谱柱和紫外可见双波长检测器,以乙腈-水为流动相,同时测定吡唑醚菌酯和氟唑菌酰胺的含量。[结果]吡唑醚菌酯和氟唑菌酰胺在0.05~500 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9999、1.0000;标准偏差分别为0.175、0.161;RSD分别为0.87%、0.80%;平均回收率分别为99.62%、99.51%。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定吡唑醚菌酯和氟唑菌酰胺含量。

摘  要:
[Aims] The HPLC method for determination of active ingredient content in pyraclostrobin·fluxapyroxad 42.4% SC was established. [Methods] The simultaneous determination of pyraclostrobin and fluxapyroxad in the samples was conducted with Wonda Sil~-C_(18) chromatographic column and UV-Vis dual wavelength detector, while the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water was used as the mobile phase. [Results] The results showed that the good linear relationship for pyraclostrobin and fluxapyroxad was obtained between 0.05 and 500 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9999 and 1.0000; the standard deviations were 0.175 and 0.161; the relative standard deviations were 0.87 and 0.80%; the average recovery rates were 99.62 and 99.51%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, convenient, good separating effect, high precision and accuracy, which can be used for the simultaneous determination of pyraclostrobin and fluxapyroxad.
