摘  要：
我国是渔业大国,渔业生产风险很大,一旦遇到风险,渔民就倾家荡产,损失惨重。渔民生活十分困难,很难翻身。这迫切呼唤渔业保障来护航。而我国的渔业保险制度非常滞后。本文通过研究韩国、日本、法国等先进国家的渔业保险政策,以期对我国的渔业保障制度的进步和发展提供有益的借鉴。

摘  要：
China is one of the biggest fishery countries.Fishery has a big risk,and once meet risk, fishermen would be trapped in disaster,and their life would be very difficult.The fishery guarantee system in China is still far behind developed countries,for example,republic of Korea,Japan,and France. Therefore,it is very necessary to improve fishery guarantee system in China.
