摘  要:
建立了板蓝根注射液中(R,S)-告依春含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用Waters XBridge C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7∶93)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长245 nm,柱温30℃。在1~40μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),系统精密度RSD为0.31%(n=6),平均回收率为98.6%(RSD=0.36%)。本方法重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

摘  要:
The HPLC method was established for the determination of(R,S)epigoitrin in Banlangen injection. A chromatographic column of Waters XBridge C18(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used,with the mobile phase of methanol- phosphoric acid solution(7∶ 93) at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL / min,the detection wavelength of 245 nm and the column temperature of 30 ℃. The linear concentration was within the range of 1 ~ 40 μg / mL( r = 0. 9998). RSD of system precision was 0. 31%( n = 6),and the average recovery was 98. 6%( RSD = 0. 36%). The method is reproducible and available for quality control of the preparation.
