摘  要：
为深入了解近年来我国生猪腹泻疫情的发生和发展情况,分析、研判疫情流行趋势,制定科学有效的防控措施,对全国44个种猪场开展了生猪腹泻的回溯性调查研究。研究显示,目前我国生猪腹泻病疫情的发生趋势没有明显缓解,其仍然是部分猪场的主要危害;猪流行性腹泻病毒是目前猪病毒性腹泻病的主要病原,同时也存在与猪传染性胃肠炎病毒和猪轮状病毒的混合感染。猪腹泻病的主要流行特点为:冬春季节高发,哺乳和断奶仔猪多发;养殖规模越大,生猪腹泻病的发生概率就越高;疫病的发生与猪场防控水平直接相关;疫苗接种是腹泻病的重要防控措施。调查认为猪腹泻病发生的主要原因是环境温度骤变、疫苗预防效果差、监测措施不足。依据调查结果,提议相关部门要在重点地区开展生猪腹泻病监测;养殖场主要强化认识,树立"养重于防,防重于治"的饲养理念,要加强养殖场的标准化建设,执行全进全出制,队产房要彻底清洗、严格消毒和空栏。

摘  要：
In order to get a deeper understand about the epidemic status and trend of Porcine diarrhea in China during the past few years,so as to draw up scientific and efficient measures for its prevention and control,a retrospective investigation was carried out in 44 swine breeding farms. According to the investigation,results showed the outbreaks of Porcine diarrhea still existed,which seriously endangered a certain amount of swine farms. Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)was believed to the main pathogen causing diarrhea,at the same time,mixed infection by PEDV,Transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV) and Porcine rotavirus was also tested. In winter and spring,a high incidence of Porcine diarrhea was observed and the disease mainly affected sucking and weaning pigs. The probability of disease occurrence increased with the increase of breeding scale. It was worth noting that the occurrence of disease was directly related to the prevention and control level,hence vaccine immunization became an important measure to prevent Porcine diarrhea. Three factors led to the disease outbreak,including rapid temperature changes,poor effect of the vaccination and insufficient surveillance measures. Based on the results,the following proposals were put forward :monitoring of Porcine diarrhea should be adopted in key areas;farmers need to raise their awareness and to set up the idea of raising overweighs prevention,prevention overweighs treatment;strengthening standardized construction in swine farms and executing the system of all-in and all-out;finally,the delivery rooms should be rinsed thoroughly and disinfected strictly.
