铅低积累作物及其低积累的生理机制研究进展

摘  要:
同种植物不同品种间对于铅的吸收存在差异,可以通过选择栽培可食部位低量积累重金属的种和品种,有效降低进入食物链的铅含量,这是轻中度铅污染土壤持续生产安全农产品的一条经济、有效的途径。对铅低积累作物研究现状进行了介绍,并从光合作用、抗氧化系统酶活性方面对低积累的生理机制进行了探讨。

摘  要:
There is difference in absorption of lead among different varieties of the same plant.Therefore,through culturing the varieties that have low accumulation amount of heavy metals in edible position can effectively reduce the lead amount entering into the food chain.This method is a economic and effective way for continuously producing safe agricultural products from mild to moderate of lead contaminated soil.The situations of study on low lead accumulation crops were introduced,and the physiological mechanism of crops for low accumulation of heavy metals was discussed in terms of photosynthesis and activity of enzyme in antioxidant system.
