摘 要：
The development status of state-owned natural rubber industry management system reform in Xishuangbanna reclamation area was summarized, the achievements of integrating the farm reform system into local and comprehensive implementation of household contract management, problems of rubber resource management were analyzed, and the methods and suggestions on the development of China state-owned natural rubber industry were put forward.
