Taking forestland with different ages in Laoying mountain,Zhongshan district,Liupanshui city,Guizhou province as research object, and taking rocky desertification land not been governanced as control, the influence of different reforestation model on soil enzyme activity such as urease, invertase and amylese was studied. The results indicated that the influence of different reforestation model on the soil enzyme activity was different and obvious. The soil urease activity of natural pine and other reforestation model was higher than that of the rocky desertification land. The activity of soil invertase in different reforestation mode increased by 176.59%~741.37% compared to the rocky desertification. However, the activity of soil amylase in different reforestation mode did not show the same change pattern and the variation was not obvious. The activities of urease and invertase had significant correlations with the content of available nitrogen but not with other nutrients content.Besides, the activity of soil amylase had no obvious correlation with all nutrients contents.
