农用柴油发动机温度场测试系统设计

摘  要:
随着现代科技的发展,数据采集监测已成为日益重要的检测技术,广泛应用于工农业等监控温度、湿度和压力的场合。为此,通过市场调研,采用动态测试技术以及单片机控制技术进行了农用柴油发动机缸盖和缸套温度场测试系统的设计开发,并在一汽锡柴6DL1-26E3发动机上进行性能测试,取得了较好的效果,为将单片机技术引入到农用柴油发动机的改进研究提供了借鉴。

摘  要:
With the development of modern science and technology,data acquisition and monitoring become increasingly important detection technology,is widely used in industrial and agricultural needs such as monitoring temperature,humidity and pressure of the occasion.Conducted a market research paper using dynamic testing techniques,and microcomputer control technology for the Agricultural diesel engine cylinder head,cylinder temperature test system design and development.By FAW Wuxi Diesel 6DL1-26E3 engine performance tests conducted on the experiment to obtain satisfactory results,provided a reference for the SCM technology into the improvement of the Agricultural diesel engine.
