三种保健野菜的营养成分测定

摘  要:
以牛繁缕、苣荬菜、猪毛菜为试材,测定了3种野菜中的Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn 6种微量元素和氨基酸含量。结果表明:3种野菜中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素和至少17种氨基酸,除色氨酸外,必需氨基种类齐全,是药食兼用的"绿色保健食品"。

摘  要:
The contents of 6trace elements and amino acid contents in Malachium aquaticum(L.)Fries,Sonchus arvensis and Salsola collina Pall were determined.The results showed that three kinds of edible wild herbs contained many essential trace elements and at least 17kinds of amino acids,in which 7kinds were essentiaamino acids except Trp.They were green health food of medicine and food dual purpose.
