2BMF-6机械式免耕精量播种机的设计

摘  要:
基于新疆农作物及农艺,将精量播种技术与旋耕技术结合,设计出一种适合新疆地区使用的机械式免耕精量播种机。该机采用6组安装在刀轴上的宽幅旋耕刀,以带状旋耕方式完成破茬、开沟、平地及覆土等工序,兼具防堵功能,达到少耕、免耕的目的,且行走轮的设计保证了设备的通过性能和仿形能力。试验表明:其破茬开沟能力强,防堵效果好,旋耕作业质量稳定,且能够满足本地作物的播种要求。

摘  要:
Combined with the precision seeding technology and the technology of rotary tillage,designed a suitable for the use of the Xinjiang region mechanical type no tillage sowing machine. It adopts six groups wide rotary blades arranged on the shaft. to strip rotary tillage stubble,ditching,flat ground,overburden process,both anti blocking function,achieve minimum tillage and no tillage; walking wheel design to ensure the equipment through performance and ability of copying.The test proved that the ability of stubble breaking ditching,good anti logging effect,The rotary tillage quality is stable and can meet the requirements of the local crop,it is suitable for Xinjiang area.
