南疆红枣中VC和微量元素的测定及测定条件的研究

摘  要:
【目的】研究红枣中VC和微量元素含量的测定方法,为南疆优质红枣种植提供科学依据。【方法】利用分光光度法和原子吸收分光光度法测定库尔勒、阿克苏、喀什地区红枣中的VC、铁、镁、锰、钙含量并对测定条件进行研究。【结果】测定库尔勒、阿克苏、喀什地区红枣中的VC的含量。结果表明,各地红枣中VC含量在1.872 6~2.566 2 mg/g。用分光光度法测定VC的含量,得到回归方程为A=0.047 1C~0.183 6,相关系数为R=0.990 56,红枣中VC含量:库尔勒红枣1.78 mg/g,阿克苏红枣1.53 mg/g,喀什红枣1.96 mg/g,利用原子吸收分光光度法测定库尔勒、阿克苏、喀什地区红枣中4种微量元素的含量分别是铁70.6~93.3、钙236.9~300,锰2.63~2.97和镁615~671μg/g。【结论】由结果看,红枣中VC含量不一致,大小为:喀什红枣>库尔勒红枣>阿克苏红枣。4种微量元素的含量也不一样,喀什地区红枣中铁的含量最高,阿克苏地区红枣中钙的含量最高,库尔勒地区红枣中锰和镁的含量最高。实验利用的测定方法简单,快速,成本低,适合大枣中VC和微元素的测定。

摘  要:
【Objective】The aim of this paper is to study the method for the determination of micro elements and vitamin C in Ziziphus Jujube to provide theoretical foundation for quality planting of Ziziphus Jujube.【Method】The Ziziphus Jujube was dealt by using HAc and vitamin C.Micro elements in Ziziphus Jujube were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.【Result】The result showed that vitamin C has fine linear response.The content of micro elements in Ziziphus Jujube determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry is variable.Their contents are as follows:The concentration of Manganese is 2.63-2.97 μg/g,Iron is 70.6-93.3 μg/g,Calcium is 236.9-300 μg/g and Magnesium is 615-671 μg/g.【Conclusion】The result indicated that their sequence of concentration of Vitamin C in Ziziphus Jujube is as follows:Kashgar >Korla>Aksu and the concentration order of Ca is as follows:Aksu>Korla>Kashgar;Mn:Korla>Aksu>Kashgar;Mg: Korla>Kashgar >Aksu;Fe: Kashgar >Korla>Aksu.The content order of the microelements in Ziziphus Jujube is as follows: Mg>Ca>Fe>Mn.The result showed this method is convenient and reliable with fine repetition.
