丹·布朗撰写的惊悚悬疑小说《达芬奇密码》极具魅力。引人入胜的内容中有对女性形象的突出刻画。通过一系列的对比手法,小说凸显女性形象和其符号所指。本文梳理了女性形象的符号所指和四位女性:索菲;索菲的祖母;修女桑德琳和图书管理员帕梅拉,并分析四位女性形象的特征和寓意,从而揭示作者心目中理想女性的形象。

摘 要：
The thrilling suspense novel The Da Vinci Code,written by Dan Brown,is extraordinary brain-blowing. One of the intriguing contents presents the outstanding description about female images. Throughout a serious of comparison methods,the novel focuses upon the female images and their symbolic references. Here probe the symbolic references of female images and the four women: Sophie; Sophie's grandma; Sister Sandrine and librarian Pamela,and analyze image features and emblems of the four women,thus uncovering the ideal female image of the writer's heart.
