摘  要:
Using wild tree berry in the northeast as raw materials,tree berry juice was extracted by method of enzyme treatment in this paper.The clear drink remains original fruit relish,colour and nutrients.It is delicious in sour and sweet and rich in nutrient.It is better stability.
