基于混沌理论的高校图书馆知识型工会会员行为激励机制研究

摘  要:
结合高校知识型图书馆工会会员特点,运用混沌理论探讨高校知识型工会会员行为激励机制的内在随机性和初值敏感性,认为知识型工会会员的个性化需求与行为激励间存在着复杂的非线性关系,根据美国教育工会相关案例分析混沌理论在高校知识型工会会员行为激励管理机制的应用,指出对知识型工会会员行为激励管理将促使高校图书馆形成自适应的混沌组织,最终形成创新的良性发展机制。

摘  要:
Combining with the characteristics of the knowledge union members in university library, this paper discusses the incentive mechanism of the inner randomness and initial value sensitivity of library knowledge union member behavior using the chaos theory. A complicated nonlinear relationship is thought exist between knowledge-based personalized needs of trade union members and behavior incentives of the trade union members. According to the American education union, the application of chaos theory in knowledge union members incentive mechanism is analyzed. The management incentive method to knowledge union members behavior will lead to form adaptive chaotic organization of university library is pointed out, and finally form the benign development mechanism innovation.
