山东省植物青枯菌的生化型研究

摘  要:
近几年从山东省 2 7个县市 ,7种植物青枯病病株上分离纯化 2 0 3个菌株 ,从中选出代表菌株 ,根据Hayward划分青枯病的标准 ,进行归类划型。研究结果表明 ,山东省植物青枯病菌以生化型Ⅲ为主 ,约占 6 1.9% ,其次为生化型Ⅱ和Ⅴ ,其中还存在其它生化型。 (1) 2 4株能利用 3种双糖和甘露醇及山梨醇而不能利用甜醇的马铃薯青枯菌株 ,暂定为生化型Ⅲ的亚型Ⅲ - 1。

摘  要:
We had isolated 203 strains of P.solanacearum from seven kinds of host plants named bacterial wilt diseases in 27 counties of Shandong province.Some of these strains were used for classification based on Haywind's classification criterion of P.solanacearum. The result shows that the main biochemical variant of P.solanacearum in them is biovar Ⅲ making 61.9% of total amount.The next group is biovar Ⅱ.There were also other biovars.①One strain is classfied as biovar V which has the ability to oxidize three discc harides and maunitol but can't oxidize sorhito and betaina.②24 strains have the ability to oxidize three discc haridies maunitol and sorbitol but can't oxidize beive.They are defined as biovar Ⅲ-1.
