基于景观安全格局的曹妃甸新区城镇扩张研究

摘  要:
以景观生态学原理和方法为指导,以曹妃甸新区为研究实体,应用GIS技术对曹妃甸新区城镇扩张安全格局进行分析研究,运用景观生态安全格局理论和最小累积阻力模型,判别生物多样性保护安全格局和无生物保护约束下的城镇扩张格局及其等级分类,最后结合基本农田保护叠加构建城镇扩张安全格局。结果显示,与常规的规划方法相比,这种安全格局下的未来发展的城市空间模式,可以在保障城镇发展水平的同时协调各类用地之间的矛盾,也为未来留足了城市发展空间,为曹妃甸新区城镇用地可持续扩张提供技术支持。

摘  要:
Guided by the principle and method of landscape ecology, this paper takes Caofeidian new campus as the research entity and applies GIS technology to analyze the expansion of landscape security pattern in the Caofeidian urban districts. By using the theory of landscape ecological security pattern and minimum cumulative resistance model, the paper analyzes the pattern of biodiversity protection safety and non biological conservation under the restriction of urban expansion pattern and its classification. Finally it combines with the protection of basic farmland constructing urban expansion security pattern. The results show that, compared with conventional planning methods, this kind of security pattern for the future development of urban space can protect the level of urban development. At the same time it can coordinate the contradiction between the various types of land and leave enough space for urban's future development. What's more, it will provide technical support for urban land's sustainable expansion in Caofeidian new campus.
