中草药对热应激奶牛生产性能和血液指标的影响

摘  要：
选择经产、胎次相同和产奶量相近的荷斯坦奶牛30头,随机分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,每组10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组精料中每头每天添加300g复方中草药。测定产奶量、直肠温度,采集血样以放射免疫法测定外周血清中COR、ACTH、IL-2、IL-6的水平,用全自动血液分析仪测定全血中WBC等20项指标。结果显示:(1)在9月2日～9月15日期间,试验组产奶量比对照组显著增加;(2)血清COR和ACTH水平在热应激条件下显著上升,而白细胞介素水平在热应激条件下显著下降,中草药处理组的激素水平均得到显著缓解(P<0.05);(3)在血液指标分析中,WBC、LY、Hb、RBC、HCT在热应激条件下,随着温度的升高而明显下降,表明中草药能有效缓解奶牛热应激。

摘  要：
The experiments were conducted with 30 Holstein cows during August-September.Cows in trials group were fed rations supplemented with Chinese traditional herbs at 300g/day per cow,and the control group was fed rations without Chinese traditional herbs.During the experiment,temperature and humidity in the barn were recorded every day;Temperature of anus and milk yield of cow was checked every week;Blood samples were tested by DREW Auto Haematological Analytical Instrument;Samples of serums were collected respectively.The endocrine levels of cortisol,ACTH,IL-2,IL-6 in peripheral serum were tested by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS:(1)The milk yield of trial group was higher than the control(P<0.05);(2)In the trial period,the level of COR,ACTH increased compared before trial,and IL-2 and IL-6 were decreased,after being supplemented with the Chinese traditional herbs,the level of these hormone were all became better than the control;(3)With the temperature of the barn increase,WBC,LY,Hb,RBC,HCT decreased with a significant difference.Results of this trial show Chinese traditional herbs can alleviate heat stress of cows.
