摘 要:
对 2 0 1头青海牦牛乳中αS1 酪蛋白 (αS1 CN)进行了电泳分析。结果发现 :(1 )αS1 CN有αS1 CNBB ,αS1 CNBC ,αS1 CNBE ,αS1 CNCC ,αS1 CNCE和αS1 CNEE 6种基因型 ;(2 )αS1 CN基因座受αS1 CNB,αS1 CNC 和αS1 CNE3个复等位基因控制 ,其基因频率分别为 0 0 896 ,0 631 8和 0 2 786 ;(3)青海牦牛αS1 CN有效等位基因数为 2 0 62 6个 ,基因杂合度为 0 51 5 1 8,基因纯合度指数为 0 393 9;(4)环湖型牦牛与高原型牦牛αS1 CN的多态性特征相似 ,两者之间的遗传距离很小 (3 34× 1 0 - 3) ,基因分化程度低 (0 70 % )。

摘 要:
The α_(S1)-Casein(α_(S1)-CN)was investigated in milk of 201 yaks in Qinghai province by electrophoresis.The results were as follows:(1)there were three variants-α_(S1)-CN B,α_(S1)-CN C and α_(S1)-CN E which constituted six genotype including α_(S1)-CNBB,α_(S1)-CN BC,α_(S1)-CN BE,α_(S1)-CN CC,α_(S1)-CN CE and α_(S1)-CN EE on the locus α_(S1)-CN locus.(2)The polymorphism of α_(S1)-CN was controlled by three alleles including α_(S1)-CN~B,α_(S1)-CN~C and α_(S1)-CN~E.The frequancies of three alleles were 0.089 6,0.631 8 and 0.278 6,resp.(3)The effective number of alleles,the gene heterozygosity and the gene homozygosity index were 2.062 6,0.515 18 and 0.393 9,resp.,on the locus of α_(S1)-CN in Qinghai yaks.(4)The polymorphic characters of the yak in around-lake type and the yak in plateau breed-group on the α_(S1)-CN locus were similar.There were a very small genetic distance(3.34×10~(-3))and the gene differentiation degree(0.70%)between the yak of plateau breed-group and the yak of around-lake type on the locus α_(S1)-CN.
