基于虚拟样机技术的装载机工作装置优化设计

摘  要:
基于机械系统动力学软件ADAMS环境,创建了装载机工作装置的虚拟样机优化模型。采用先进的OPTDES非线性二次规划计算方法,以装载机工作装置动臂油缸的举升力为目标函数进行了优化设计。提出了一种装载机工作装置优化设计的新方法。通过优化分析使得该工作装置在满足约束的条件下,得到工作装置最优的结构尺寸,且装载机动臂举升油缸的举升力得到最优的结果。

摘  要:
The optimal model of working device for loader was set up based on ADAMS software.Taking the lifting force of boom cylinder of working device as target function,the optimal design was done with advanced OPTDES nonlinear sequential quadratic programming algorithm.A new method was put forward for optimal design to working device of loader.The optimal dimension for working device and the optimal lifting force of boom cylinder can be obtained by the optimal analysis.
