抗虫杂交棉F_1与F_2的经济性状相关特性分析

摘  要：
分析了7个抗虫杂交棉组合F_1与F_2代间经济性状的相关性。结果显示:在抗虫杂交棉F1与F2代间,籽棉产量、皮棉产量、衣分、籽指、比强度、马克隆值及伸长率均存在极显著的正相关,单铃重、不孕籽率、纤维长度均呈显著正相关,株高、果枝数、结铃数、烂铃率、脱落率均不存在显著相关性;F1的籽棉、皮棉产量的竞争优势与其F_2优势的衰退率之间仅存在弱的正相关。上述结果表明:要想获得产量具有竞争优势的抗虫杂交棉F_2,首先必须获得产量具有竞争优势的F1组合。

摘  要：
In this paper,the economic character correlations between F_1 and F_2 of seven insect-resistant hybrid cotton combinations were analyzed. The results showed that: between the F_1 and F_2 of insect-resistant hybrid cotton combinations,there was extremely significant positive correlation in seed cotton yield,lint yield,lint percent,seed index,specific strength,micronaire value,and elongation rate; there was significant positive correlation in single-boll weight,mote rate,and fiber length; there was no significant correlation in plant height,number of fruit branches,boll number,rotted boll rate and abscission rate; there was weak positive correlation between the competitiveness of seed cotton yield,lint yield in hybrid cotton F_1 and their decline rate in F_2. It is concluded that obtaining hybrid F_1 combinations with yield competitive advantage is essential to the acquirement of insect-resistant hybrid cotton F_2 combinations with yield competitive advantage.
